§ 42-18-2 Milk inspection powers. –The department of health and director of health shall enforce the provisions ofchapter 2 of title 21, relating to milk; provided, however, that nothingcontained in this section shall infringe upon the powers and duties of thedepartment of environmental management relating to the inspection of cattle,milk herds, or the economic control of milk.
