§ 42-133-19 Construction with otherstatutes. – The issuance of bonds of the corporation under the provisions of this chapterneed not comply with the requirements of any other statute applicable to theissuance of obligations. No proceedings or notice of approval shall be requiredfor the issuance of any bonds except as provided in this chapter.
