§ 42-12-14 - Persons requiring permanent care or not susceptible to rehabilitation.

SECTION 42-12-14

   § 42-12-14  Persons requiring permanentcare or not susceptible to rehabilitation. – This chapter shall not apply to helpless persons requiring permanent custodialcare or to persons who in the judgment of the department of human services maynot be susceptible to rehabilitation.
