§ 42-11.1-8 - Exclusion of interest from reimbursement rates.

SECTION 42-11.1-8

   § 42-11.1-8  Exclusion of interest fromreimbursement rates. – Any interest paid to a contractor under the provisions of this chapter shallnot be included as revenue for the purposes of determining any reimbursementrates applicable to the contractor.
