§ 42-11.1-4 - Partial payment.

SECTION 42-11.1-4

   § 42-11.1-4  Partial payment. – Partial payments shall be made by the state on partial deliveries or partialcompletion of services in accordance with the contract. Each completed deliveryor service must be paid in accordance with the provisions of § 42-11.1-3.
