§ 42-11.1-10 - Acceptance of payment.

SECTION 42-11.1-10

   § 42-11.1-10  Acceptance of payment. –The acceptance of payment, in whole or in part, by a contractor shall not bedeemed to constitute a waiver of interest otherwise due under the provisions ofthis chapter.
