§ 40-6.1-5 Rules and regulations. –The director shall promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary todetermine the employability of the general public assistance program (GPA)recipients, the conditions for employment under the work training program, andother regulations needed to effectuate the provisions of this chapter.
