§ 40-5.2-16 Minimum payment. – No payment of assistance under subsection 40-5.2-11(e) shall be made for anymonth if the amount of such payment would be less than ten dollars ($10.00),but a family with respect to whom a payment of assistance is denied solely byreason of this section shall otherwise be deemed to be a recipient ofassistance under this chapter.
