§ 40-15-4 - "Appropriate public authorities" defined.

SECTION 40-15-4

   § 40-15-4  "Appropriate public authorities"defined. – The "appropriate public authorities" as used in article III of the interstatecompact on the placement of children shall, with reference to this state, meanthe department of children, youth, and families and that department shallreceive and act with reference to notices required by article III.
