§ 40-13.2-8 - Destruction of fingerprint records.

SECTION 40-13.2-8

   § 40-13.2-8  Destruction of fingerprintrecords. – At the conclusion of any background check required by this chapter, the statepolice or the local police department will promptly destroy the fingerprintcard of the applicant.
