§ 40.1-5.3-18 - Applicability.

SECTION 40.1-5.3-18

   § 40.1-5.3-18  Applicability. – The rights and protections contained in §§ 40.1-5.3-13, 40.1-5.3-15,40.1-5.3-16 and 40.1-5.3-17 shall apply to all persons admitted, committed, ortransferred to a facility pursuant to this chapter.
