§ 40.1-24-12 - Confidentiality of information.

SECTION 40.1-24-12

   § 40.1-24-12  Confidentiality ofinformation. – Information received by the department through filed reports, inspection, or asotherwise authorized under this chapter, shall not be disclosed publicly insuch manner as to identify individuals or facilities and programs, except in aproceeding involving the question of licensure.
