§ 40.1-23-9 - Limits on responsibilities and duties of parental successor.

SECTION 40.1-23-9

   § 40.1-23-9  Limits on responsibilities andduties of parental successor. – A parental successor shall have no financial responsibility to the state forthe person for whom he or she is named, and he or she shall have no obligatoryduties or responsibilities except as specifically set forth in this chapter.
