§ 40.1-21-2.1 - Change of former name.

SECTION 40.1-21-2.1

   § 40.1-21-2.1  Change of former name.– Whenever in any existing law, regulation, or document, reference is made to the"division of retardation and developmental disabilities," the term "division ofdevelopmental disabilities" shall be used in lieu thereof.
