§ 40.1-21-12 Rules and regulations. –The director of mental health, retardation, and hospitals, after consultationwith the Rhode Island developmental disabilities council, shall make andpromulgate such rules and regulations pertaining to services fordevelopmentally disabled adults as specified in this chapter when the servicesare provided in whole or in part by the use of state and/or federal fundsearmarked for developmentally disabled persons.
