§ 40.1-21-1 - Mental retardation and developmental disabilities services.

SECTION 40.1-21-1

   § 40.1-21-1  Mental retardation anddevelopmental disabilities services. – The department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals shall be requiredto plan, develop, coordinate, and administer a complete, comprehensive andintegrated statewide program for developmentally disabled adults.
