§ 40.1-2-15 - Application of proceeds of sale.

SECTION 40.1-2-15

   § 40.1-2-15  Application of proceeds ofsale. – The proceeds from the advertised public sale or sales, when received by thefiscal agent, shall be treated by him or her in the same manner as is providedfor in §§ 40.1-2-7 – 40.1-2-10.
