§ 40.1-2-12 - Transfer of abandoned property to the general treasurer.

SECTION 40.1-2-12

   § 40.1-2-12  Transfer of abandoned propertyto the general treasurer. – The fiscal agent of the department of mental health, retardation, and hospitalsshall order the transfer of the abandoned personal property to the generaltreasurer for sale.
