§ 40.1-2-10 - Establishment of right to balance paid to general treasurer.

SECTION 40.1-2-10

   § 40.1-2-10  Establishment of right tobalance paid to general treasurer. – Any person or persons claiming a right to any moneys paid to the generaltreasurer may establish that right in the same manner as is provided in thecase of unclaimed bank deposits in the hands of the general treasurer.
