§ 40.1-1-7 - Appointment of employees.

SECTION 40.1-1-7

   § 40.1-1-7  Appointment of employees.– The director of the department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals,subject to the provisions of chapter 4 of title 36, shall be the appointingauthority for all employees of the department, and the director may assign thisfunction to such subordinate officers and employees as may to him or her seemfeasible or desirable.
