SECTION 40.1-1.1-2

   § 40.1-1.1-2  Designation of agency tocooperate with federal government. – The state department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals is herebydesignated as the agency of this state to cooperate with the federalgovernment, its agency, or instrumentality, in establishing, extending, andstrengthening the services described in § 40.1-1.1-1.
