§ 4-8-15 - Judicial review of decisions refusing or revoking licenses.

SECTION 4-8-15

   § 4-8-15  Judicial review of decisionsrefusing or revoking licenses. – The action of the director in refusing to grant a license, or in revoking alicense granted under this chapter shall be subject to review under theprovisions of chapter 35 of title 42.
