§ 4-4.1-5 - Violations – Penalties.

   § 4-4.1-5  Violations – Penalties.– Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter or anyregulation adopted hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be finednot more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each violation.
