§ 4-14-14 - Disposition of replevied animals returned to defendant.

SECTION 4-14-14

   § 4-14-14  Disposition of replevied animalsreturned to defendant. – Whenever the beasts are returned to the defendant pursuant to a judgment under§ 4-14-13, they shall be held and disposed of in like manner as if theyhad not been replevied.
