§ 4-13-35 - Immunity of officers from costs.

SECTION 4-13-35

   § 4-13-35  Immunity of officers from costs.– No officer making complaint under this chapter shall be required to give suretyfor costs, or be liable for the costs that may arise upon any complaint broughtunder this chapter.
