§ 4-1-29 - Release of caged animals in park or zoo.

SECTION 4-1-29

   § 4-1-29  Release of caged animals in parkor zoo. – It is unlawful for any person to willfully release an animal from captivity ina park, circus, zoo or other such facility. Any person violating this sectionis be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
