§ 4-1-15 - Expense of care of seized birds or animals.

SECTION 4-1-15

   § 4-1-15  Expense of care of seized birdsor animals. – The necessary expenses incurred in the care and disposing of seized birds oranimals may be allowed and paid in the same manner that costs in criminalprosecutions are paid.
