§ 39-6-4 - Supervision by president and directors.

SECTION 39-6-4

   § 39-6-4  Supervision by president anddirectors. – The president and directors of every railroad corporation shall maintain, bythemselves or by an executive committee of the directors, a watchfulsupervision over the management of their road.
