§ 39-6.1-13 - Application for federal loans.

SECTION 39-6.1-13

   § 39-6.1-13  Application for federal loans.– The department may apply for a loan or a guarantee of a loan under anyapplicable federal local rail assistance programs, within the limit of fundsappropriated for those purposes.
