§ 39-3-44 - Payment of public utility bills.

SECTION 39-3-44

   § 39-3-44  Payment of public utility bills.– All bills issued by a public utility as defined in § 39-1-2 shall bedeemed paid upon the receipt of sufficient funds by an agent of the publicutility authorized to accept such payment.
