§ 39-28-6 - Effect on tax obligations or authority.

SECTION 39-28-6

   § 39-28-6  Effect on tax obligations orauthority. – Nothing in this act shall be construed to modify or affect any tax obligationsimposed by § 44-13-4 or the authority of the department of revenue toenforce any such obligations.
