§ 39-28-5 - Rights or obligations of carriers.

SECTION 39-28-5

   § 39-28-5  Rights or obligations ofcarriers. – Nothing in this act shall be construed to modify or affect the rights orobligations of any carrier pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 251 or 47 U.S.C. §252.
