§ 39-2-12 - Civil liability of carrier for refusal.

SECTION 39-2-12

   § 39-2-12  Civil liability of carrier forrefusal. – Every common carrier who shall so neglect or refuse shall also be civillyliable to any person aggrieved for any injury sustained by him or her by reasonof the carrier's neglect or refusal.
