§ 39-16-18 - Right to alter, amend, or repeal chapter.

SECTION 39-16-18

   § 39-16-18  Right to alter, amend, orrepeal chapter. – The right to alter, amend, or repeal this chapter is hereby expressly reserved,but no such alteration, amendment, or repeal shall operate to impair theobligation of any contract made by the authority under any power conferred bythis chapter.
