§ 39-14-12 - Administrative powers.

SECTION 39-14-12

   § 39-14-12  Administrative powers. –The division is authorized to make such rules and regulations, to holdhearings, and issue certificates as may be required under the provisions of§§ 39-14-1 – 39-14-14 and §§ 39-14-25 and 39-14-26.
