§ 39-13-14 - Administrative powers.

SECTION 39-13-14

   § 39-13-14  Administrative powers. –The division is authorized to make such rules and regulations, to hold suchhearings, and to issue such certificates as the provisions of §§39-13-1 – 39-13-6 and §§ 39-13-10 – 39-13-16 may require.
