§ 39-1.2-6 - Compliance by public agencies.

SECTION 39-1.2-6

   § 39-1.2-6  Compliance by public agencies.– Any permit issued by a public agency for excavation, demolition, or thedischarge of explosives shall be issued in compliance with this chapter.
