§ 37-23-7 - Inspection and right of entry.

SECTION 37-23-7

   § 37-23-7  Inspection and right of entry.– Authorized staff of the department shall have the right and authority to enter,during times at which work is actually being performed all municipal and stateconstruction projects for the purpose of ascertaining compliance.
