§ 37-16-9 - Power of court to direct prompt hearing.

SECTION 37-16-9

   § 37-16-9  Power of court to direct prompthearing. – The court shall have the power to direct the arbitrators to proceed promptlywith the hearing and determination of the dispute, claim, or matter in question.
