§ 36-8-16 - Disposition of investment earnings.

SECTION 36-8-16

   § 36-8-16  Disposition of investmentearnings. – The retirement board shall credit all earned investment income from interestand dividends on investments and bank deposits during any fiscal year to thecontingency reserve account.
