SECTION 36-7-17

   § 36-7-17  Majority required for inclusionof retirement system members under social security. – The affirmative approval of at least a majority of the members of theretirement system eligible to vote in the referendum shall determine theinclusion of the members of the retirement system under an agreement under thischapter.
