§ 36-3-10.1 - Powers of subpoena.

SECTION 36-3-10.1

   § 36-3-10.1  Powers of subpoena. – The appeal board is hereby authorized to require the attendance of witnesses bysubpoena and to acquire the production of books, papers, and documents at anyhearing pursuant to § 36-3-10.
