SECTION 35-4-4.2

   § 35-4-4.2  State Linked Deposit Policy– Legislative purpose. – The purpose of §§ 35-4-4.1 – 35-4-4.6 is to increase theavailability of capital and banking services in low and moderate incomeneighborhoods of Rhode Island by using state deposits as an incentive. Sections35-4-4.1 – 35-4-4.6 uses the federal evaluation of CRA performance inhelping the state decide where to deposit its funds.
