§ 35-3-4.1 - Department of transportation budget – Tort claims.

SECTION 35-3-4.1

   § 35-3-4.1  Department of transportationbudget – Tort claims. – In submitting the estimates for expenditures and requests for appropriations,the director of the department of transportation shall provide an estimate ofthe funds necessary for paying tort claims made pursuant to § 24-8-35.
