§ 34-7-9 - Land preserved for open space and conservation purposes.

SECTION 34-7-9

   § 34-7-9  Land preserved for open space andconservation purposes. – Any land held or preserved by a nonprofit corporation or nonprofit associationfor purposes of conservation or open space is not subject to adverse possessionor prescription.
