§ 34-4-13 - Rights of entry not defeated by descent or discontinuance.

SECTION 34-4-13

   § 34-4-13  Rights of entry not defeated bydescent or discontinuance. – No descent or discontinuance shall take away or defeat any right of entry or ofaction for the recovery of real estate.
