SECTION 34-26-1
§ 34-26-1 Complaint to redeem. – Any person entitled in equity to redeem any mortgaged property, whether real orpersonal, may prefer a complaint to redeem the property, which complaint may beheard, tried and determined according to the usages in chancery and theprinciples of equity.
