SECTION 34-14-7

   § 34-14-7  Notice and hearing onestrepement. – Upon the application of any person for a writ of estrepement, the court, beforeissuing the writ, shall cause the person whose interests may be affectedthereby, to be notified of the pendency of the application, in such manner asthe court shall deem proper, to the end that the person so to be affected by,as well as the person applying for the writ, may be heard in the premises. Uponthe hearing, the court may, in its discretion, issue or refuse to issue thewrit, in the same manner as courts grant or refuse to grant injunctions in likecases.
