§ 34-11-25 - Use of "assign" sufficient to transfer mortgage.

SECTION 34-11-25

   § 34-11-25  Use of "assign" sufficient totransfer mortgage. – In any assignment of a mortgage of real estate the word "assign" shall besufficient word to transfer the mortgage, without the words "transfer and setover".
