§ 34-10-6 Maintenance of water fences.– Coterminous owners or possessors of land adjoining water, whenever their landis under improvement, shall make and maintain a sufficient water fence toprevent trespass by cattle in the same manner as other partition fences aredirected to be made by this chapter.
